What are the new prices?
Free apps: Nodus Core, Nodus Swap, and Nodus Send are completely free.
Paid apps: Nodus Atlas is €5/month, Nodus Vault is €5/month (coming soon), and Nodus OSINT is €15/month (coming soon). Nodus City is €1 per player slot per month.
Can I subscribe to multiple apps?
Yes! Subscribe to as many paid apps as you need and you can add or remove apps anytime. Free apps (Core, Swap, Send) require no subscription at all.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your trial ends, you'll be charged the app's monthly price. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Why are Vault and OSINT marked as "Coming Soon"?
Nodus Vault and Nodus OSINT are under active development and are not yet available for subscription. All content and pricing information is published so you know what to expect when they launch. You cannot purchase or subscribe to these apps yet.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits power intelligent features in Atlas (smart file sorting) and OSINT (research & analysis). Your subscription already includes credits: Atlas gives you 200/month and OSINT gives you 500/month.
These credits carry over every month and never expire — they accumulate if you don't use them all. Need more? Purchase additional packages at any time. Average cost: ~€0.018/credit.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
No. Unused AI credits — whether bundled with a subscription or purchased separately — cannot be returned for money or exchanged for any other form of compensation. Credits sit in your account and carry over indefinitely until you use them.
Is Vault really free (base tier)?
Yes — when Vault launches, it will have a free tier with up to 10 vault items on a single device. Upgrade to Pro (€5/mo) for unlimited items, devices, sync, and sharing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period.
