No. Free tier is strictly local-only. Free users cannot share secrets with anyone. Sharing requires Pro (1-to-1 sharing) or Team (group sharing with auto-inheritance).

With Pro, you can share secrets one-by-one with specific people. With Team, you create groups and collections that automatically share secrets with entire teams.
Team also adds audit logs, role-based access control, compliance features, and bulk management tools.
Groups are teams of people. For example: "Engineering Team" or "Finance Department". You assign members to groups and give them roles (Owner, Admin, or Member).
Collections are sets of secrets. For example: "AWS Production Keys" or "Client API Tokens". When you add a secret to a collection, everyone in the associated group automatically gets access.
This means you can say "Engineering Team has access to AWS Production Keys" instead of manually sharing each key with each engineer. When someone joins or leaves the team, access is automatically granted or revoked.
Yes! Pro users can share individual secrets with other Pro or Team users, one person at a time. You manually choose each recipient for each secret. What Pro users can't do is create groups or collections for automatic bulk sharing—that requires Team tier.
